CORDURA® Lite Plus Fabric

Developed as lightweight pack cloths for technical carry solutions, CORDURA® Lite Plus fabrics are woven with super high tenacity airbag technology nylon 6,6 filament yarns that are stronger than steel.

Characteristics

  • Strong - Excellent resistance to tearing
  • Rugged – Good resistance to abrasions and scuffs
  • Shiny Luster - 100% high tenacity (210D-420D) nylon 6,6 bright filament
  • Water Repellent – Finished/coated options

Fabric type: Woven - rip-stop, basket or complex dobby constructions.

Ideal for use in technical packs, day packs, messenger bags, luggage and accessories as well as to reinforce high wear areas in work garments or performance apparel.

  • Ability to be packed or folded to fit smaller radius and tight seams
  • Up to 12% improvement in tensile strength
  • Tighter packing weaving with less space/gaps for water or air leakage

CORDURA® LITE PLUS fabrics are made with INVISTA’s super high tenacity Type 749 nylon 6,6, airbag technology filament fibers.
