Influential Explorer Hosts Book Signing At Outdoor Retail Winter Market

SALT LAKE CITY, UT - January 23, 2008 - CORDURA® brand fabric, a certified product of INVISTA, has joined forces with one of the outdoor industry's most influential explorers, Helen Thayer. At the 2008 Outdoor Retailer Winter Market, the adventurer who is widely recognized as a role model for her will and determination, as well as, for her commitment to understanding the world's vanishing cultures, will offer a book signing for her best selling book, Polar Dream. The opportunity to meet Thayer and receive a complimentary autographed copy of her book will take place at INVISTA's CORDURA® brand booth (#40186) on Friday, Jan. 25 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
