WILMINGTON, DE - January 18, 2008 - INVISTA is excited to announce its collaboration with Capital Gains, Inc. "At Capital Gains our goal is to match brilliant ideas with state-of-the-art manufacturing to create innovative products that offer security and flexibility to meet the challenges of active lifestyles," says Charles T. Daniels, chairman and CEO of Capital Gains, Inc. and inventor of SnapEndWrapTM. "We look forward to using maximum durability, high quality CORDURA® fabrics to help us bring our product ideas to life."
All SEW's are made of CORDURA® fabric and have been combat tested for durability by the U.S. military. Unlike standard industry wear tests, in which products are placed in a simulated weather and stress vacuum, SEW products have been worn by special tactical operations and infantry forces in Iraq. The performance of the SEW products was unmatched and lead to the development of the now issued SEW Military Challenger.
"The CORDURA® brand development team is excited to embark in the coproduction of the SnapEndWrapTM because it is designed to fit the many lifestyles of our customers," says Allen Mortimer, NA end-use marketing manager for Invista's CORDURA® brand. "We recognize Capital Gains' commitment to quality, durability and performance and look forward to a collaborative relationship that will allow us to meet the needs of the military and outdoor markets."
