I agree not to submit any story that (a) may infringe any proprietary, moral or intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party; (b) otherwise violate any law; or (c) may be offensive or inappropriate. I agree that INVISTA may use, copy, modify, publicly perform, promote and display my story (with or without attribution to me) for any purpose, including advertising or publicity, without payment of any compensation, including by posting my story and/or information on INVISTA’s website, third party websites and in other publications including Facebook, Twitter, newspapers and periodicals. I agree to sign any additional documents reasonably requested by INVISTA to evidence such agreement. By submitting a story, I grant INVISTA a worldwide, perpetual license, and the right to license others, to reproduce, display, distribute, make derivative works of and use my story in any media and format. I also agree not to assert any moral rights under applicable copyright law regarding my story. I understand INVISTA has no obligation whatsoever to use or publish any story I submit.
