A: Rosie Swale Pope – She sailed the Atlantic single-handed, rode a horse 2000 miles across Chile, and at the age of 57 embarked on a solo run around the world - starting and finishing from her home in Tenby, South Wales.

Q: Which of your hobbies tests your durability the most?

A: I recently started running, which is something I’ve never been good at, so it’s a challenge for me. Also, sailing, canoeing, abseiling, skiing, potholing and hiking.
